If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Order Cancellation and Returns

You have 15 calendar days to cancel your order from the date it was placed. Once the items are engraved there are no eligible refunds.  If your engraving is wrong due to our fault, we will replace it.  

There will be a $25 restocking fee for cancelled orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, un-engraved, and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging.  Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

There are no returns on personalized or engraved product, unless the error is ours.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All products will be shipped via Fedex or USPS.
